Method of increasing efficiency of operation company e-commerce sites PJSC «SIBUR Holding»

In this work, an analysis of the principle of e-commerce of SIBUR Holding PJSC was carried out, a step-by-step analysis of the actions of a potential buyer was carried out from the moment of registration on the site of SIBUR Holding PJSC's online store to the transition to the B2B-Center partner's website, requirements for gaining access to participation in trading sessions were analyzed, possible negative aspects and cybersecurity threats were identified. Recommendations have been proposed to improve the efficiency and safety of e-commerce of SIBUR Holding PJSC.
