Method of osteoplasty with vascularized pedicle bone flap in post traumatic disorders wrist bones was developed and implemented in clinical practice. 32 osteoplasties with vascularized pedicle bone flap from the base of the second metacarpal in the back area of pathological changes in bones of the wrist were performed to patients in the age of 18 to 59 years. The comparative analysis of the results of traditional treatment of such patients, and the ones operated using the islet transplant of bone from the basin of the second metacarpal artery, has proved the effectiveness of the proposed types of operative measures. We suggested an algorithm for the optimal variant of osteoplasty with vascularized pedicle bone flap in posttraumatic disorders of wrist bones based on the clinical experience.
