The authors present a technique for filling the defects of tubular and flat bones. which consists in the defect zone separation from surrounding tissues with an inert material, formation of a bone fragment from a bone split or defect edge, its graduated transference using a compression-distraction device up to the contact with contralateral edge and the defect filling with regenerate bone.
