Recently published experimental data give evidence that biologically active substances contain sources of weak electromagnetic radiation and have their specific information that can be imprinted on neutral, free of sources of energy, material, such as plastic disc. Biological activity of substances dissolved in water was found to be copied. The article presents data on biological activity of cisplatin informational copy and cisplatin. To make the imprint the solution of cisplatin in the normal saline solution, NSS, at concentrations of 0.25 mg/ml (informational copy, IC1) and 0.5 mg/ml (IC2), in glass containers were placed on compact discs, the solutions and the discs were exposed to low intensity laser radiation (laser power supply 5 mW, wavelength 650 nm) for 3 minutes. The discs exposed to laser radiation were supposed to store information transferred from the solutions of cisplatin, in experiments they were used as IC1 and IC2 holders. To study biological activity of cisplatin informational copies 200 ml of NSS in the flasks were placed on the discs with IC1 and IC2 and allowed to stand for 20 minutes. For that time the information was transferred from the information holders to the NSS. Five groups of male mice were included in the study of biological activity of cisplatin informational copies, all animals were injected with 0.5 ml of solutions under study three times during three days: group 1, control group, with injected NSS; group 2 - with injected IC1; group 3 - with injected IC2; groups 4 and 5 with injected cisplatin solution at concentration 0.25 and 0.5 mg/ml respectively. In animals of 2-5 groups reduction of marrow cellularity and lymphocytes count in the blood was observed after three-day injections. No changes were observed in the group 1, the changes observed in the groups 5 was more pronounced as compared with groups 2-4. The results of the study are discussed with reference to published data on properties of informational copies and methods of biological activity transfer to the secondary centers.
