Ability of modified vitamines E and C modulate therapeutical effect of cyclophosphane

The ability of new modified vitamins with antioxidant effect (glucosides of vitamins E (TMG) and C (AAG) to modulate therapeutic activity of cyclophosphan was investigated in experiments with C57B1/6 mice with Lewis lung carcinoma. Cyclophosphan at a dose of 60 mg/kg in combination with TMG and AAG was found to result in pronounced antimetastatic effect comparable with the effect of cyclophosphan alone at a maximum therapeutic dose of 120 mg/kg.
