The ability of management systems of agricultural enterprises to analyze labor productivity

This paper examines the problems associated with the ability of management systems of agricultural enterprises to analyze labor productivity. The difficulties encountered in data collection and processing are discussed, as well as the need to develop a unified methodology for evaluating performance. Special attention is paid to the influence of external factors and insufficient automation of processes. Comprehensive measures are proposed to solve these problems, including the training of qualified specialists, automation of accounting and analysis processes, as well as consideration of external factors in production planning and management.
