Ways of consensus achieving in religious and scientific community

This article analyses and specifies the ways of consensus achieving in the scientific and religious society. It touches on institutional and cognitive plan of considering agreement in epistemic societies. It determines the role of consensus as a mechanism sanctifying the insertion of new knowledge into scientific or religious tradition.
