Phonetics and phonology are key aspects of linguistics that study the sounds of human speech and their grammatical properties. An important direction in foreign language teaching is the development of auditory-pronunciation skills, which enable students to correctly perceive and reproduce the sounds, intonation, and rhythm of the language. Research shows that effective pronunciation training begins with simple sounds that are similar to those of the native language. This article presents methods and exercises for forming auditory-pronunciation skills aimed at developing phonemic awareness, strengthening pronunciation, and fostering interest in language learning.
