Ways of labour contract change

An expediency of a term way of labour contract change is demonstrated. In Russia these ways are, firstly, changes of conditions of some labour contract determined by parties, when general rules are used; secondly, a replacement of conditions determined by parties of some labour contract on normative conditions determined in a content of individual labour legal relations; thirdly, transfers to other work carried out by employers with the written consent of transferred workers; fourthly, changes of conditions of labour contracts determined by parties for reasons connected with changes of organizational and technological conditions of some labour; fifthly, substitutions of an employer as a party of some labour contracts concluded on behalf of an employer by formally other law subjects.
