At present, various trading enterprises are facing difficulties due to increased competition in the current market segment. In order to take a worthy place in the competition, it is necessary to use the technology of training the personnel of a trading enterprise. In this article, we are looking at coaching. Sales coaching aims to maximize the potential of each member of your team, regardless of the industry, sector or company you work for. In connection with the foregoing, the author of this article made an attempt to scientific analysis and critical reflection on how to effectively manage the sales department using coaching technology.
