Ways of modernization of legislation in the sphere of agricultural insurance, performed with state support

Purpose: To identify ways to address some of the problems that arise in the process of implementing the legal provisions in the field of agricultural insurance, carried out with state support. Methodology: Formally-legal method was used. Results: The author developed the way to modernize legislation in the field of agricultural insurance in Russia.
