Methods of fraud committed by a group of persons and forensic methods of their determination

The article examines the issues of methods of fraud committed by a group of persons and criminalistic methods of establishing these methods from the standpoint of the presence of a plan for the preparation, commission and concealment of a crime, the content of the stages of crime commission, their relations with the concealment of a crime and countering its investigation. On the basis of conclusions of a theoretical and applied nature, the concept of the method of fraud committed by a group of persons is presented. The significance of the results of the research is that, the concept of «method of crime» is a basic one, since it is associated with the main categories, concepts and terms of forensic science (the mechanism of crime, criminal activity, traces of crime, identification, criminalistic characteristics of crimes, criminalistic situalogy, post-criminal activity, counteraction to investigation, and many others).
