Methods for evaluating the effectiveness of managing the product portfolio of PJSC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim"

The article discusses methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the product portfolio of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim based on the methods of evaluating the Spearman rank correlation coefficient, ABC analysis, BCG matrix, and Dibb-Simkin analysis. According to the analysis and evaluation performed in the work, the main conclusions and directions of optimization of structure of products in the production of polypropylene of various grades, from the point of view of effective management of a commodity policy of the enterprise.
