The ways of optimization of the commercial procedure

The article notes two main directions of the modern court reform, namely: 1) unification of civil, commercial, administrative procedure, 2) optimization of court activities. The main problem remains the high trial load, which can be solved by transferring some cases out of court activity, including the cases of writ proceedings may be moved to the notary for the execution of the inscription. Also, the author analysis several ways of optimization of commercial procedure, including creation of the judicial board for consideration of insolvency (bankruptcy) cases in commercial courts, etc.
