Ways of optimization of working time of public employees

The effectiveness of the state civil service largely determines the quality of government in the country. In accordance with this, the issue of optimizing the working time of civil servants has been relevant over the past decades. The article deals with the problems of optimizing the working time of civil servants. The analysis of the reasons for the low efficiency of working time by civil servants is carried out, their classification is given. Ways to optimize working time in the public service are proposed.
