In the current economic conditions caused by political and economic factors, loyalty is one of the most important aspects of business success in the domestic market. The article discusses the main ways to increase customer loyalty using the example of Natura Siberica, a company specializing in the production and sale of cosmetics. A conclusion is given on the current situation in the field of ways to promote the company's products and means of ensuring customer loyalty.
