Ways of overcoming and correction of administrative barriers in the context of demonstrating the modern entrepreneurial initiatives

The article deals with the modern ways of overcoming and support of the constructive interaction of the bodies of public management and the representatives of private industry based on the development of electronic digital technologies. The technologies are considered as one of the key conditions of expressing the perspective entrepreneurial initiatives with the overcoming of different administrative barriers. The authors conclude that the expression of the pointed initiatives is implemented in the context of the GR-management realization in an electronic format.
