Ways of overcoming inter-organizational departalism in corporate structure

The subject of this scientific study is the problems of interaction between corporate structures in order to ensure the effective operation of the general business process. The purpose of the work is to show the solution of inter-organizational interaction from the point of view of using methods to overcome departmental problems. The article contains data on the qualitative indicators of the enterprise's activity, the reasons for the deterioration of these indicators are considered and conclusions are made about the reasons for the increase in the downtime of cars at the sorting railway station. A method of resolving contradictions between two functional areas of responsibility of two enterprises is proposed.
