The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that at present, when disputes and contradictions arise in social and labor relations, many methods and methods are used, but each of them has its own positive and negative sides. The article examines traditional and alternative ways and methods of resolving labor disputes in Russia and European countries, identifies their features and problems, as well as prevention of labor conflicts. An important task facing the employer is: pay special attention to the practice of preventing labor conflicts, anticipate possible scenarios. To prevent conflicts, the attention and actions of the manager should be directed at eliminating possible sources of their occurrence.The purpose of the research: to analyze the existing modern methods of resolving labor disputes and identify the most rational, as well as to formulate proposals for improving the use of methods.
