Ways to reduce costs in the cultivation of winter wheat on the slopes of the Rostov region

According to the research conducted in the long-term stationary experience in 2016-2018, ways to reduce costs in the cultivation of winter wheat in the conditions of erosion-dangerous slope were developed. It is shown that the use of chisel tillage reduces the cost of fuel and lubricants by 15.5-23.0%. The use of chisel processing in the system of soil protection measures reduces the cost of compensation for damage from water erosion by 0.52-0.55 thousand rubles, while the profitability of winter wheat production increases to 137.8%.
