The article considers the ways of committing and concealing violations of the statutory rules governing relations between persons who have the status of a serviceman without subordination relations, as a structural component of their forensic characteristics. The author suggests the classification of the ways of committing the mentioned crimes, singles out the categories of military personnel interested in concealing violations of the statutory rules of relations, the ways of committing these actions.
