This article presents a study of methods for protecting against vibrations generated during the operation of an electromagnetic vibrator. The operation principle of an electromagnetic vibration drive based on the action of an alternating magnetic field and the interaction of a ferromagnetic armature with an electromagnetic system is discussed in this paper. The mechanisms of vibration generation in such devices are analyzed, including the influence of the amplitude and frequency of the supply current, the stiffness of the elastic elements, the design features of the magnetic core, and the occurrence of resonance modes. Based on this analysis, a classification of vibration protection methods is developed, and a set of engineering solutions is proposed to reduce the impact of vibrations on equipment, process lines, and personnel. The proposed methods make it possible to significantly reduce the negative impact of vibrations, increasing the safety and efficiency of production processes. The research results are summarized in the form of practical recommendations suitable for implementation in real production conditions.
