Ways to protect the rights of military personnel to housing

The article deals in detail with the implementation of housing rights of servicemen. Particular attention is paid to the savings and mortgage system of housing for the military, including its advantages and disadvantages. The article systematizes the key problems that exist at the present stage, which do not allow to fully realize the right of servicemen to housing. Ways of protection of the violated rights of military are revealed.
