The ways to protect family values under the family law legislation of the Russian Federation

Introduction: the paper presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of the ways provided for by family law legislation to protect family values. The authors of the paper believe that in conditions of strong socio-cultural pressure on Russian society from the globalist movement, the state should develop legal mechanisms that prevent the spread of norms of behavior and pseudo-family values that are alien to domestic society. Exploring the approaches existing in legal science to understanding the category of “family values,” the authors propose to significantly expand the content of this category. The authors of the paper systematize the existing legal ways of protecting family values.
