Justice as the civil law beginning

n the article scientific views on justice in civil law are investigated and the author's understanding of the given category according to which its developed civilized treatment requires revision is offered. The point of view that a category justice is not only the gnoseological beginning of civil law (i.e. principle), but also its ontologic beginning (i.e. the objective factor of law-education) develops.
