Comparison of state support of small business in developed countries and the Russian Federation

The article describes the problems of small business state support on the example of the situation in developed countries and the Russian Federation. We have com-pared the features of small business state support in Germany, Japan, and the USA, analyzed the dynamics of small entrepreneurship in Russia over the past 5 years. The necessity of using foreign experience is revealed in the work.
