The results of treatment of patients with laparoscopic and standard appendectomy are presented. The most informative indicators of comparison are the duration of surgical intervention, the duration of inpatient treatment of patients. The economic priorities of laparoscopic appendectomy are shown, which can be recommended as the operation of choice in emergency surgical departments.
