Comparison as a cognitive basis for conflict-free language communication

The article deals with the definitions of language communication, secondary interpretation, comparison. The cognitive foundations and principles of conflict-free language communication are highlighted. The direct dependence of the effectiveness of linguistic communication on the choice of linguistic means is studied on the example of such a cognitive and linguistic mechanism as comparison. on the example of comparisons in Russian and French, types of evaluative categories are distinguished that create a cognitive basis for conflict-free and conflictual language communication - neutral, positive, negative. The direct influence of comparison on the most important categories of communication is established - effective/ineffective communication, successful/unsuccessful discourse, communicative norm.
