Comparison of corporations in the sphere of banking activities in the Russian Federation and abroad

The current wave of intensification of banking activities on a global scale with the involvement of new countries and regional markets falls on the end of the 20th - beginning of the 21st century. The changes that occurred during this period turned corporations in banking activities or transnational banks into universal banking complexes, within which the differences between commercial and investment banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions are gradually erased. In this regard, the purpose of this article, which is the analysis and comparison of corporations in the field of banking activities in the Russian Federation and abroad, seems extremely relevant. The article analyzes the distinctive features of transnational banking corporations, shows the changes taking place in the work of these corporations in the Russian Federation and abroad at the moment.
