The comparison of the main features of loan agreement in English and Russian law

The article considers the comparison of the main features of loan agreement in Russian and English (Common) law. The author comes to a conclusion that some of the features of the mentioned agreement are equal in both legal systems. But there are differences as well and the article touches upon the reasons. Having analyzed the similarities and differences of loan agreement the author concludes that despite some common features there are many differences because the origin of Common and Russian law is different.
