Comparison of approaches to writing neural networks in Python

Neural networks are widely used in scientific research for data processing and analysis. The article compares the ways of writing neural networks in the Python programming language using the example of the Fischer Irises dataset: without using frameworks and using the PyTorch library. Various tools used in the creation of neural networks are also considered, the results for both methods are compared and conclusions are drawn.
