Comparison of implementation practice, problems and perspectives of remote HR management in Russia and abroad

The statistics of the domestic and foreign labor market in terms of vacancies in a remote form, an analysis of the features of the domestic practice of organizing remote workplaces, their effectiveness in the framework of implementation in the context of COVID-19, the attitude towards them among domestic employers, the prospects for improving the domestic practice of HR management through the organization of remote workplaces using successful foreign experience are discussed in the article. Remote work is not the same as telecommuting and freelance (homework). The advantages and disadvantages of remote and stationary workstations are described. Methods for overcoming problematic issues of remote work management in the domestic practice of HR-management are proposed.
