Comparison of procedural regulation of inspection and search

The article analyzes problematic issues related to the production of such investigative actions as: inspection of uninhabited (other) premises and search of uninhabited (other) premises. These investigative actions are considered in detail from their initiation to completion. The concept of investigative actions is given, the necessity of their system is justified. The aspects of inspection and search, procedural regulation, goals, tasks and their place in pre-trial proceedings are compared in detail. The author comes to a conclusion about their similarity in purposes and tasks and differences in procedural regulation.
