The comparison of the system of physical education in the Russian Federation and the USA

The article is devoted to the comparison of the methods of physical education in schools and universities in the USA and the Russian Federation. The purpose of the project is familiarization with the practice of the country that pays much attention to the health and physical fitness of their youth. The methods of research: theoretical analysis of scientific literature, analysis of obtained information. The results of this article are familiarization with the practice of physical education in America, test methods, methods of students’ stimulation to do sport.
