The organizational and structural system for personnel management is the conceptual framework on which all the company's functionality is based. Most of the decisions made should be based not only on a logical and scientific approach, but also on a creative one, because personnel management is associated with relationships within the team, with the search for compromises and the smoothing of conflicts. The article presents the basic concepts, considers the principles of building the system, and also provides a comparative analysis of the existing organizational structures of enterprises, highlights the advantages and disadvantages of each of them, gives examples. In the conclusion, conclusions are drawn and the results of the study are summed up.
