Comparison of foreign models of mortgage lending and their adaptation to Russian realities

The article considers the importance of the mortgage lending market for the social and economic development of the Russian Federation. The main problems that hamper the development of this market are highlighted. To solve this problem, foreign models of mortgage lending have been examined, and their comparative analysis has been carried out. The result of this work is a practical assessment of the characteristics of foreign mortgage lending models and their adaptation to the domestic market.
