Comparison of ADF-induced platelet aggregation in healthy volunteers who took plavix and zilt

The aim of this study was to compare anti-aggregation efficacy of Plavix and Zilt. Ten healthy volunteers were randomized into two groups. The first group took Plavix and the second one took Zilt (75 mg/day) during a week. The study results revealed that Plavix is more effective in decreasing ADF-induced platelet aggregation compared to Zilt.
