Influence of experimental chronic liver defeat (caused by introduction of hepatotropic poison D (+) -galactosamine hydrochloride) on cytochemical activity peritoneal and alveolar macrophages of the posterity at different stages postnatal developments is studied. It is established, that the pathology of hepatobiliary systems of mother causes the decrease of functional activity of investigated cells of the posterity that is reflected in supression of lisosomic and peroxidase activity, and also decrease in the maintenance acidic phosphatase.
