Comparative characteristic and estimation of viability in embryos obtained from healthy and problem cows-donors with various level of dairy productivity

In comparative aspect the authors analyze the morphological peculiarities embryos obtained from healthy and problem (functional disorder of reproductive system as a result of chronic stressor action) cows-donors with various level of dairy productivity and also discuss a trustworthiness of present methods for estimation of embryo's viability. It was shown, that the methods for estimation of embryo's viability on morphological determinants do not permit to reveal the metabolic changes induced by pathological process and/or intensive metabolism owing to high productivity. Therefore, the positive estimated on morphological determinants embryos must be extra tested by cultivation in vitro, that permit to cut down of 1/3 expenses on transplantation of nonviable embryos.
