Comparative characteristics of staff motivation methods in Russia and abroad

Personnel management is as important a task as the economic issues of the company. It is impossible to create a motivation system that would fill absolutely all the needs of all employees. For a comparative analysis of methods of personnel stimulation, the article analyzes the main aspects of labor motivation in domestic companies and abroad. The revealed differences allow us to conclude that in Russia there is a tendency to use, in particular, monetary motivation of labor, putting the spiritual needs of a person into the background. This leads to passivity of working life and loss of interest in work. Based on the analysis of the forms of labor motivation used in Russia and foreign countries, the author summarizes the main components of labor motivation that would meet not only the primary needs of the employee, but also his personal development.
