Comparative characteristics of the nitrates contained in fruits and vegetables in the Moscow region

The article deals with statistical data of nitrate indicators present in fruit and vegetable products of the Moscow region. Selection of fruits took place on the principle of "consumer basket" of Moscow and the Moscow region. The goods were purchased in retail outlets. The statistics of nitrate indicators in the autumn-winter period has been developed.
