The article is devoted to studying the lifestyle of students of three medical institutions: Izhevsk State Medical Academy, Kazan State Medical University, Kirov State Medical Academy. The degree of influence of factors contributing to or hindering the effectiveness of the process of forming a healthy lifestyle among students, such as playing sports, drinking, smoking, physical overload, is determined.
