Comparative characteristics of organizational structure of management of institutions of additional education of children in urban and rural areas

The article describes the high importance of additional education of children, its impact on the success of the child in the future. The comparative characteristic of organizational structure of management of typical schools of arts is resulted: one of which is located in rural areas, the second - in city. The main criteria of comparison of organizational structures are presented. The conclusions about the differences between the school of arts of urban and rural areas. The possible changes in the management structure with an increase in the population are analyzed.
