A comparison of the effectiveness of direct and indirect methods of revascularization in patients with reocclusion in the femoropopliteal segment on the basis of the analysis methods of examination and treatment of 183 patients with recurrent ischemia. High efficiency when performing profundoplasty reocclusion femoropopliteal arterial segment at the stage of critical ischemia. Revascularization through the profound femoral artery has a persistent effect, comparable to direct repair. When choosing a method extended profundoplasty preference should be given to the use of synthetic patches.
