In 2005-2009 in a subtaiga zone of Omsk Region on gray forest soil comparative assessment of the varieties of fodder beans of Aushra (Lithuanian Research Institute of Arable Farming) and Sibirskie was carried out (SIBRI of forages together with the Altai RDIA). So, in the coolest 2009 it made 5 days, and vegetative period of the variety Aushra was tightened till 118 days. In 2005 there was no difference in maturing (1 day) as maturing took place in rainy conditions of the third decade of August and the first decade of September, the rainfall was more than two times more than the norm. The productivity ofgreen material in all years of researches was significantly higher in the variety Sibirskie and averaged28.9 t/hectare. In cooler and provided with moisture, 2009 the productivity of green material in both varieties was higher.
