Comparative characteristics of varieties of perennial onion crops in the conditions of the Ob region of the south of Western Siberia

The article presents the results of a study of varieties of perennial onion crops in the conditions of the Ob region in the south of Western Siberia. The maximum yield level of green leaves was formed in the Premier onion batun variety - 44.3 t/ha. The leaves of this variety contain the maximum amount of vitamin C in this experiment - 65.73 mg%. In general, all the varieties studied in the experiment realized their biological potential well and formed good indicators for yield and product quality.
