Comparison of micromammaolis faunas of natural and anthropogenic biotopes of Darwin (Vologda Region) and Central Forest Reservs (Tver Region) over the period 2005-2009 is provided. Overall 17 species of mammals were caught. Species composition depends on the degree of anthropogenic transformation of biotopes.
