Comparative macroscopic profile of rat kidneys using different fixation methods

The results of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the data obtained during a macroscopic study of rat kidneys using different methods of fixation are presented. The comparative profile of morphological parameters of rat kidneys exposed to fixing solutions used to produce macropreparations for different periods of time was developed.
