We studied biopsy material from 355 patients with chronic viral hepatitis C in the form of monoinfection and in combination with opiate abuse, alcoholic disease, chronic opisthorchosis. This is a comparative morphological study of hepatocytes of different zones of hepatic acinus. The influence of background pathology of the condition of the liver cells with HCV was determined. It was revealed that alcohol abuse to the fullest extent weights necroinflammatory changes in the severity of liver cells of all zones with HCV. HCV in combination with chronic opisthorchosis is accompanied by minimal dystrophic and necrotic changes of hepatocytes. Drug abuse weights only steatosis cell border of the plate, without affecting the occurrence of monocellularys necrosis, the intensity of apoptosis in HCV. The nature of regenerative changes in hepatocytes is determined only by hepatotropic viral infection, but not opium abuse, alcohol disease, helminthic invasions in cases of combined liver injury.
