Comparative assessment of dairy efficiency of cows of different lines

For the improvement of methods of selection, definition of the direction of selection in dairy cattle breeding an important role is played by the nature of interrelation between the level of milk yield and mass fraction of protein in milk. It is important to study these indicators and to conduct selection andbreeding work in a certain direction. The research objective was studying the influence of linear accessory on daughters’ dairy efficiency. Scientific and economic experiment was made in 2016-2019 in “JSC Breeding Plant ‘Tayezhny’” of Sukhobuzimsky area, Krasnoyarsk Region. For carrying out the experiment three groups of cows of black and motley breed of Krasnoyarsk type, up to 50 heads in each were created. Completing of animals was carried out taking into account the age (the 1st lactation), live weight, pedigree and linear accessory.
